The
MPA submachine gun was the result of a 1977 project carried out by manufacturer Domingo Matheu to manufacture a reduced size submachine gun. It had a 100 mm tube next to the handle angled with respect to the axis of the weapon. The MPA project had as an objective the reduction of the recoil in the grip area. It could charge dockhands 18, 25 and 40 cartridges. The Country, was a development of an official of the FAA taking as base to the
Ingram M10. It included the mounts for: a bayonet, a silencer and a special harness for under-the-arm carry capability.
